The solutions Architect at Rubico will be responsible for understanding the client s organization s structure, policies, and operations and recommending solutions that would enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with web or mobile development and skilled in the technical approaches for these projects.

- Has worked on creating technical approaches for projects.
- Has been involved in gathering project requirements from clients and is able to provide solutions.
- Great analytical skills.
- Good understanding of the following technologies
- LAMP stack (PHP, MySQL, Apache)
- Node
- JS frameworks
- Mobile apps development approach
- Knowledge about any CMS (WordPress, Magento), knowing the working mechanism of CMS.
- Databases (MySql, SQL, Mongo, etc )
- Able to create technology roadmaps and flowcharts, and well versed in the technical flow, requirements, and business nature.
Good to have
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of Agile/scrum methodologies for project management.
- The capability of managing a team.
- Precise Documentation and reporting abilities.
- Some knowledge about servers would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create proposals for new clients.
- Define technical approaches for project requirements.
- Consult on the business and technical aspects of a project with the clients.
- Document project requirements.
- Explain the project requirements to the team members.
- Flexibility with working hours based on the prospect/client s needs.
- Work with the team to finalize estimates.
- Provide estimates without team support when required.
- Work with the team during the development stage. Make suggestions and consult about technical solutions.
- Work with the Sales Team, provide them with technical support, and help in decision-making.
