THE OPPORTUNITY:

The domain authority behind every win

This is not a pre-sales support role. The Solution Architect is Pierian's senior domain authority — the person who leads discovery, architects the solution, owns the commercial narrative, and stays accountable through transition and early delivery.

You will design solutions across all of Pierian's service lines: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, GCC Setup, Tech Enablement, HR & Payroll, BPM, and Risk & Compliance.

Deep expertise in at least two towers is essential. Working command across the full portfolio is expected.

You will work directly with CFOs, Controllers, Shared Services Heads, and Transformation leaders across Pierian's global client base — independently, from pursuit to go-live.

We're not looking for someone who supports solutions. We're looking for the person who defines them.

You've spent years inside GBS delivery, FSS transformation, or GCC advisory — not selling it from the outside, but doing it. You can walk a CFO through a target operating model with the credibility of someone who has built one before.

The Commercial Architect

You think in deal structures, not just process maps. You understand how a solution gets priced, how risk gets allocated, and how a client's CFO thinks about ROI. You design to win — and design to deliver.

The Trusted Advisor

You earn client trust fast and maintain it. Not through charm, but through the quality of your thinking and the discipline of your follow-through. C-suite stakeholders feel more confident in a room with you in it.

The Full-Portfolio Thinker

No two deals look the same to you — because you see the whole Pierian portfolio as a set of levers, not a fixed menu. You combine towers, sequence transformation, and architect solutions that are both commercially compelling and operationally real.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & credentials

• 8–15 years across GBS delivery, FSS transformation, GCC advisory, and/or tech enablement — with hands-on solutioning experience
• Deep expertise in at least two FAO towers; working command across the full Pierian portfolio
• Proven track record leading discovery workshops and presenting independently to CFO / C-suite
• Bangalore-based; flexible to engage across global time zones as required
• Technology enablement experience — RPA, AI/ML, cloud ERP — is a significant advantage
• ERP platform knowledge: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, or NetSuite
• Prior experience at a GBS provider, Big 4, GCC advisory firm, or technology consulting practice
• MBA / CA / CMA / CPA preferred
