We at Coforge are hiring Solution Architect with the following skillset:

Deal & Win Strategy

• Fully qualify the deal to ensure winnability and right utilization of resources across the organization.
• Lead the win strategy workshop for each pursuit and shape the win themes, differentiators, and the storyline the entire bid will be built around.
• Conduct competitive research and bring in an industry's outside in view into the proposal
• Own the executive problem statement, grounded in research, data analysis, and SME insight, that frames the client's real business challenge.

Integrated Solution Design

• Architect the full AI led solution across the relevant mix of capabilities spanning Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering, and BPS tailored to the client's industry context.
• Integrate transition, transformation, and innovation roadmaps into one coherent solution rather than a set of disconnected service-line responses.
• Sharp expertise in AI, all capabilities including: Cloud, Data, Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, Experience, Quality Engineering, and BPS
• Thorough understanding of AI led Deal Archetypes and applying that narrative to shape the deals (both proactive and reactive)
• Direct the entire bid team including the client partners, service lines solutioning teams, industry practice teams, delivery teams to build a tightly integrated solution with AI at the core.
• Stitch together relevant solution assets, case studies, references, and differentiations to make the proposal compelling and improve the chances of winnability
• Bring a strong, credible AI point of view to every solution, identify where AI (agentic systems, automation, predictive analytics, data, knowledge layer, decisioning layers, etc) creates measurable client value, and make that the spine of the proposal, not a bolt-on.
• Own the overall proposal narrative the why us, why this solution, why now story and keep it sharp, consistent, and client-centric from first draft to final orals.
• Exhibit excellent story telling skills to make the proposal uniquely differentiated in the story telling, integrated solution and AI first messaging

Commercial Solutioning

• Co-develop the win-price strategy with sales and finance: pricing model, business case, and investment ask.
• Integrate estimation across all service lines into one commercially coherent solution.
• Own the internal P&L and cash flow view for the deal in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Ability to build outcome based innovative pricing models

Required:

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5–7 years in IT/technology large deals solutioning (AI led, Applications, Infrastructure, Data, BPO), including hands-on experience building large, complex deal proposals.
• 2–3 years in deep AI, Data and Engineering solutioning expertise is mandatory.
• Will be highly desirable to have Consulting background
• Depth in at least one industry vertical: Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, or similar with the range to flex across others.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and BPO with an AI led narrative, rather than working with a single service line in isolation.
• Comfortable presenting and defending a solution in front of client CXOs.
