Role Summary
Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. Act as the technical authority, guide engineering teams, and ensure alignment of solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for large‑scale systems; translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
- Define technical components, integrations, data flows, and deployment strategies.
- Evaluate and choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, PM, and development teams to ensure solution alignment.
- Provide strong technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
- Drive technical discussions and present architecture to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate technical risks proactively.
- Stay current with architectural trends, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.
- Provide hands‑on support for complex implementation challenges; participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development methodologies and best practices.

- OOP & Design Patterns – 10+ years, deep architectural application.
- REST APIs & Microservices Design – 8+ years.
- JSON & Data Serialization – 8+ years.
- NoSQL Databases (MongoDB / Redis / Cassandra) – 6+ years.
- User Authentication & Authorization (OAuth / JWT) – 6+ years.
- Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) – 5+ years, architecture‑level expertise.
- Server‑side scalable, high‑availability systems – 10+ years.
- SDLC, Agile, Scrum – 10+ years.
- Documentation & Architecture Blueprinting – 10+ years.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Front‑end frameworks: Angular / React / Vue.
- AI / NLP / ML concepts; integrating ML/NLP engines.
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Performance engineering of large systems.
