Job Title: AI Solution Architect

Job Summary-

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions in the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to deliver complex PoCs while mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities-

• Architecture & Design:
• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI.
• Define scalable, secure AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Select tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs.
• Hands-On Development & PoCs:
• Build and validate PoCs using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native services.
• Rapidly prototype models and optimize for performance and compliance.
• Implementation & Mentorship:
• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 12-19 years in software development, with 4+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning.
• Strong Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
