Solutions Architect

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and operation of our real-time language translation pipeline for broadcasts and streams. You will work directly with customers, troubleshoot technical challenges, and deploy solutions in dynamic environments. This role requires a strong command-line proficiency, deep familiarity with AWS infrastructure, and a high level of attention to detail. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams will be key to delivering a top-tier user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth integration with their existing workflows.
• Work extensively with the command line to manage deployments, diagnose issues, and operate streams.
• Use AWS services for deploying setting up streams and integrating with customer environments.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop and document best practices for system configurations, deployments, and issue resolution.
• Ensure rapid response and resolution to customer support requests, maintaining a high level of reliability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with Linux command-line environments for debugging and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Prior experience working in live streaming, media processing, or real-time applications is a plus.
