Solutions Architect Leader - Blue Yonder ESP

We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect Leader - Blue Yonder ESP with experience in semiconductor domain to join our growing team.

The Solutions Architect will perform below responsibilities:

Lead solution architecture and design for Blue Yonder (BY) implementations and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for BY implementations, with a focus on ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) and Order Promiser (OP).
• Review and validate solution design delivered by the implementation partner; configuration work in BY is not expected.
• Provide industry expertise in Semiconductor (Semicon) domain, including understanding of unique challenges, emerging trends, and best practices.
• Drive BY OP and ESP deployments, ensuring robust and scalable solution design.
• Present program insights to client executive leadership, including improvement opportunities, leading practices, risks, and dependencies.
• Define and oversee testing strategy (SIT/UAT), manage defect triage, and ensure quality through formal sign-offs.
• Review planning outputs and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
• Define and validate non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, monitoring, and system resilience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in BY ESP and Order Promiser implementations with strong functional expertise.
• Prior experience working with Semiconductor industry clients is a must.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executive audiences.
• Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
