Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale IT solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech/B.E., MCA, M.Tech, or M.E. degree and have a strong track record of developing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade technology architectures.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, defining architecture standards, ensuring system integration, and guiding development teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires expertise in enterprise architecture, application design, cloud technologies, security frameworks, and solution governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for complex IT systems.
• Define technology roadmaps, architecture standards, and technical best practices.
• Ensure scalability, security, availability, and performance of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution governance activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout project implementation.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, system integration, cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and security architectures.
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale, mission-critical digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in architecting large Government IT systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in e-Governance, Digital Government, Citizen Service Platforms, Public Sector Digital Transformation, Smart City, or related Government technology initiatives.
