Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Solution Architect to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade business applications using the Kissflow low-code platform.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role requiring a strong mix of business consulting, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and application delivery expertise. The ideal candidate will work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and independently drive implementation from concept to deployment.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where you will own solution design, workflow automation, integrations, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and transformation opportunities
- Design scalable enterprise applications and workflows using the Kissflow low-code platform
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Build and configure workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and automations
- Drive end-to-end implementation independently, including prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Define solution architecture standards, governance models, and best practices
- Integrate Kissflow applications with external enterprise systems using APIs and connectors
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, user training, and stakeholder demos
- Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure enterprise readiness
- Optimize applications for usability, scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous enhancement initiatives
- Mentor business users and citizen developers on low-code best practices where required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, business applications, workflow automation, or enterprise systems implementation
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Kissflow
- Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), workflow automation, and enterprise application architecture
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling
- Ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other low-code platforms such as OutSystems and Microsoft Power Platform is strongly preferred
- Experience working with Indian enterprise customers to design and implement business applications preferred
- Experience implementing enterprise workflow solutions across HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, or IT functions
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance considerations in enterprise systems
- Prior consulting or business transformation experience
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
