Job Overview
As a Kissflow Solution Advisor, you will be the innovation driver and thought leader, crafting enterprise-grade solutions for large enterprises on the Kissflow platform. You'll bridge business strategy and technology execution - working with CXOs, IT leaders, Delivery Managers, and internal teams to create elegant enterprise solutions complying to architecture standards, design frameworks, and solution roadmaps for large-scale transformation initiatives.
While this role has no direct people management, you'll be the go-to expert for Technical Leads and Solution Consultants - researching, refining, and evangelizing best practices that make solutions more scalable, efficient, and future-ready. Blending visionary thinking with hands-on expertise, you'll set new benchmarks for design excellence, governance, and innovation across all implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Solution Architecture
- Lead end-to-end blueprinting of enterprise programs, translating business goals into scalable architectures.
- Define governance models for app grouping, versioning, and deployments.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, solution design, and platform capabilities.
Architecture Leadership & Design Excellence
- Define and uphold architectural standards, frameworks, and design principles across PS engagements.
- Serve as the central authority for design reviews, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Guide teams in solving complex design challenges and improving overall delivery quality.
Best Practices & Knowledge Enablement
- Build a repository of reusable assets, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Conduct internal design workshops and reviews to strengthen architecture competency.
- Continuously benchmark projects to identify and share best practices.
Innovation & Research Leadership
- Explore emerging technologies and design methods to drive solution efficiency.
- Pilot new frameworks and validate architecture models to enhance Kissflow's maturity.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share field insights and influence roadmaps.
Customer Advisory & Executive Engagement
- Partner with CXOs and IT leaders to shape solution strategy and governance.
- Represent PS in technical reviews and architecture councils.
- Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers toward sustainable, future-ready architectures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
- Prior proven experience in integrating with large ERP, CRM, Supply chain systems like SAP, Oracle, SalesForce, Ariba and the likes.
- Strong knowledge of business process management, workflow automation, data modeling, and integration (APIs, web services, middleware).
- Ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Influential collaborator who leads through expertise, not hierarchy.
- Exceptional communication and executive advisory skills - comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
