Key Skills & Requirements:

1. Atlassian Solution Architect
2. Jira, JSM and Confluence admin capabilities
3. experience with Atlassian Rest APIs
4. Atlassian Tools optimization
5. Hands on with Atlassian ROVO AI
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal direction. This needs to be someone who identifies problems and proposes fixes, not someone who waits for exact instructions.
7. Genuine interest and initiative in AI/automation, not just familiarity. I want a thought partner on our AI roadmap, not just someone executing tickets.
8. Ownership mentality for the Atlassian platform. Treats it as their platform to manage and improve, not a queue of assigned tasks.
9. Comfortable making judgment calls and escalating only when genuinely blocked, not as a default communication style.
