Kinaxis Solution Architect (Proficient 8 10 yrs relevant in Kinaxis)

Lead end-to-end Kinaxis solution design and multiple implementations for large-scale transformation programs.

Translate complex business requirements into Kinaxis configurations and workflows.

Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure accurate and expected solution outcomes.

Conduct workshops to understand end-to-end business processes and propose optimal Kinaxis solutions.

Deliver high-quality client solutions on-time and within budget.

Strong understanding of SCM processes across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.

Identify gaps in current processes and design solutions using Kinaxis modules.

Advise clients on best practices to meet planning objectives and improve supply chain performance.

Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other scripting languages for data manipulation and customization.

Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Manage client solution delivery, including project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team motivation.

Build strong client relationships, understand evolving needs, and identify new business opportunities.

Conduct training and enablement sessions for end-users and technical teams.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Adapt to changing client needs and industry trends with agility.

Collaborate with capability leaders to grow Kinaxis competency within the organization
