Solutions Architect

We are seeking an Agentic AI Lead Solution Architect - Red Teaming to establish and lead the Responsible Agentic AI Governance Centre of Excellence (CoE) for client enterprises. This role is accountable for designing and operationalizing governance frameworks, cognitive architectures, and compliance-by-design strategies specific to Agentic AI. The incumbent will drive enterprise-wide adoption of secure, transparent, and regulation-aligned AI practices, leveraging multi-agent orchestration, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT-based agent building, and advanced automation tooling to ensure responsible and resilient AI deployment across client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible Agentic AI Governance

Lead the Responsible Agentic AI Governance roadmap aligned with enterprise and telecom use cases.

Establish governance playbooks, compliance dashboards, and lifecycle accountability frameworks.

2. Responsible AI Implementation

Operationalize fairness, transparency, privacy, and human oversight in AI systems.

Develop reusable governance assets, model/system cards, and audit trails for compliance.

3. Cognitive Architecture Design

Develop multi-agent orchestration frameworks, explainable AI pipelines, and traceable reasoning architectures.

Integrate Copilot Studio and ChatGPT-based agents for governance automation and compliance workflows.

4. Governance Frameworks & Compliance

Implement ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and TRiSM standards, with compliance-by-design for EU AI Act and GDPR.

Align architectures with telecom safety and regulatory requirements.

5. AI Risk Management & Red Teaming

Lead adversarial testing for prompt injection, cascading failures, and resilience under attack.

Stress-test high-risk AI use cases before production deployment.

6. Collaboration & Oversight

Partner with data, security, infrastructure, and human factors teams to ensure holistic governance.

Drive workforce training and governance audits across the enterprise.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent in CS/IT is mandatory. Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Ethics, Risk Management, or a related field is good to have.

Preferred Certifications:

Certification in Gen AI/Agentic AI/Responsible AI related field will be an advantage.

Certification in Red Teaming (GRTP, CCRTS) or equivalent will be an advantage.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Strong foundation in Responsible AI principles such as fairness, transparency, privacy, accountability, and human oversight is good to have.

2. Proficiency in cloud and ML platforms: Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI.

3. Familiarity with AI governance and validation platforms for bias detection, model auditability, and compliance monitoring.

4. Good Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, NIS2, and cybersecurity best practices.

5. Exposure/familiarity in multi-agent orchestration, reasoning engines, and reinforcement learning.

6. Familiarity with Copilot Studio, ChatGPT agent building, and automation tooling.

7. Knowledge of fairness, bias mitigation, explainability, and ethical AI risk frameworks.

8. Familiarity with cloud-native AI operations and pipeline management.

9. Strong understanding of AI regulations and telecom compliance. Candidates with a background in telecom industry would be preferred.
