Solution Architect – Industry 4.0 / Integration

Lead the overall architecture, design, and delivery of the Plant Data Platform (PDP) across identified geographies, ensuring interoperability between OT data sources, Aveva PI / Insights Hub platform, and enterprise systems.

Skills Responsibilities

Architecture & Design Define end-to-end PDP architecture; Develop integration design between Kepware, PI/Insights Hub, and enterprise systems; Define asset hierarchy and metadata governance; Establish network segmentation and firewall rules.

Delivery & Governance Own design review and compliance with IBM/Customer standards; Author HLD/LLD. Oversee rollout sequence for site onboarding and platform scaling.

Stakeholder Management Engage with OT/IT/Security stakeholders; Define acceptance criteria for validation; Support requirement workshops and site prioritization.

Tooling & Platform Expertise Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 architecture; Experience with Aveva PI/ Siemens Insights Hub, MQTT, OPC UA, Kafka/MuleSoft integration;

Qualification: 10+ years in manufacturing IT/OT architecture; expertise in industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT); strong data integration and security zoning knowledge; certifications like Azure/AWS Architect preferred.
