- Looking for a Solution Architect in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain who brings a blend of strong technical expertise combined with deep BFS industry knowledge especially in the Governance, Risk & Compliance space.
- The candidate needs to be a strategic thinker with expertise and ambition to adopt emerging technology to build commercially viable solutions to address gaps & white spaces in the BFS GRC domain
- 15 20 years of experience in the BFS industry or IT services industry with focus on BFS / financial services verticals
- Strong domain understanding across BFS GRC Value chain Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, Audits, Regulatory Reporting etc.
- Developing and maintaining risk management frameworks, including risk assessment methodologies, risk identification, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Implementing and monitoring compliance controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Performing gap analysis to identify areas where risk management and compliance processes need improvement
- Candidate should have work experience with BFS GRC Industry COTS products like Archer, AXIOM SL, Actimize, Service Now GRC etc.
- Proven track record of building commercially viable BFS industry solutions covering MACH principles - Micro services, APIs. Cloud, and headless Architecture
- Designing and implementing technology solutions for risk management and compliance, including data analytics, reporting, and automation tools.
- Define tech stack for a proposed solution and lead the effort estimation
- Collaborating with IT and other teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk and compliance technologies
- Candidate should be well versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and experience of building a GenAI based solution is a big plus. AI
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organization change management
- Stakeholder management including hands-on experience interacting with the C Suite (both business and technology) is mandatory
- Presentation skills with crisp and clear articulation of the solution are a must
- Must have experience of working with clients across multiple regions USA, UK, Europe in a global delivery setup etc.
