Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Generative AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise clients. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, and leadership across cross-functional teams.

• 14+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong expertise in:LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex),Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP AI services), Python and modern AI/ML stacks, Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Excellent understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in client engagement, pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles.
• Confident in leading client workshops, demos, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs, multimodal models, and advanced AI frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end solutioning and architecture for Generative AI use cases across industries.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
• Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges, define AI strategy, and present tailored solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution workshops, and client presentations with clarity and confidence.
• Build scalable AI architectures integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Drive adoption of best practices in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and compliance.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI and recommend innovative approaches to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
