Job Title : Solution Architect

Job Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect / Technical Architect who has evolved from a development background and has experience building and delivering scalable enterprise systems.
This role is suited for someone who combines architecture with execution and has experience modernizing and implementing real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise SaaS platforms
- Design scalable, multi-tenant systems using modern architecture patterns
- Lead legacy modernization initiatives (monolith to microservices / cloud-ready systems)
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Drive enterprise integrations (banking systems, APIs, third-party platforms)
- Guide development teams across design, development, and release phases
- Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and high-performing
- Participate in pre-sales, solutioning, and client discussions
Required Experience & Skills
- 10 years of experience with recent experience in architecture roles
- Strong background in .NET Core / Java and API-based systems
- Experience designing microservices, multi-tenant SaaS platforms, and high-scale systems
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, system integration, and database design/performance tuning
- Exposure to cloud and distributed systems (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Experience in legacy system modernization
- Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and production challenges
Domain Experience (Preferred)
- BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Wealth Management
- Experience with core banking integrations and financial workflows
Candidate Profile
- Progressed from developer to architect
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Focused on practical, deliverable solutions
- Takes ownership of systems in production
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
