Role Description The Solutions Architect will design end-to-end technical architectures for AI-driven and enterprise software solutions, ensuring they align with client business goals and technical requirements. This full-time, on-site role in Indore involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct technical assessments, and define solution blueprints across cloud, data, integration, and application layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding development teams, overseeing system integration, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring scalability, security, and performance of solutions. The Solutions Architect will support pre-sales activities, prepare technical proposals, participate in client presentations, and provide consulting on best practices and emerging technologies. The role also includes mentoring team members, contributing to internal standards, and continuously improving solution frameworks and reference architectures.
Qualifications
- Ability to design robust Solution Architecture for complex, data-driven and AI-powered systems, including cloud-native and enterprise applications.
- Strong Consulting skills to translate business needs into technical solutions, engage with stakeholders, and provide strategic technology guidance.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development using modern frameworks, languages, and tools, with a focus on maintainable and scalable code.
- Expertise in system and application Integration, including APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and third-party platform integrations.
- Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization to align solutions with operational workflows and measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP), containerization, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with AI, data analytics, or related technologies in domains such as FinTech, healthcare, e-commerce, or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
