Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will drive architecture, governance, and best practices while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture and design of solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI

Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Define and document high-level solution architecture and technical designs

Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions

Establish best practices, governance models, and standards for Power Platform usage

Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and IT strategy

Optimize performance and troubleshoot existing applications

Drive innovation by leveraging new features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform

Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Practice Head / Technical Lead

Hands-on experience with:

Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven Apps)

Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)

Power Pages

Power BI

Strong experience with Dataverse, Model-driven Apps, and custom pages

Experience in building responsive Canvas Apps

Expertise in PowerApps Custom Connectors

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments

Knowledge of Business Process Flows

Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio (Good to have)

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Preferred)
