Experience: 8–15 Years (Minimum 7–8+ Years Relevant Experience)

Engagement: Full-Time (1-Year Contract with strong potential for Contract-to-Hire)

What You'll Do

Lead customer discovery workshops and solution consulting engagements

Partner with Sales and Account teams to build winning technical solutions

Design scalable, enterprise-grade Databricks-based data platforms

Create solution architectures, proposals, effort estimates, and Statements of Work (SoW)

Deliver technical presentations, demos, workshops, and executive-level discussions

Support RFP/RFI responses and customer bid processes

Lead project delivery while ensuring architecture governance and technical excellence

Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, business stakeholders, and engineering teams

️ What We're Looking For

8–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Pre-Sales

Strong expertise in Databricks and modern data engineering platforms

Hands-on experience with solution architecture and enterprise project delivery

Proven customer-facing experience with executive stakeholder management

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
