Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Solution Architect – Data & AI to support our Data, Analytics, and AI solutioning initiatives. The role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and customer stakeholders to craft innovative and business-aligned solution responses for customer opportunities including RFPs, proactive proposals, workshops, and transformation engagements.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across modern Data & AI technologies and be capable of architecting scalable enterprise solutionsspanning cloud data platforms, analytics,AI/ML, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI adoption scenarios.
This is an individual contributor role requiring strong solutioning, consulting, and technical architecture capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as an individual contributor in the Data & AI solutioning function, supporting customer opportunities through innovative architecture and proposal responses.
- Participate in end-to-end presales and solutioning activities for Data & AI engagements, including RFP/RFI responses, solution design and architecture, estimation, operating model definition, client presentations, workshops, proof of concepts, and demonstrations.
- Design scalable enterprise Data & AI solutions leveraging modern cloud and AI ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define differentiated value propositions and business outcome-driven solutions.
- Support solutioning across a broad spectrum of Data & AI technologies including cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI adoption frameworks.
- Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and solution playbooks to improve response quality and speed.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Data, AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI ecosystems, and incorporate relevant innovations into customer solutions.
- Support customer discussions and workshops by articulating technical solutions and business benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and presales teams in developing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership materials.

Core Competencies & Technical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in Data & AI solutioning and architecture for enterprise customers.
- Hands-on experience in preparing solution responses, architecture documents, presentations, and technical proposals.
- Strong understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems including Data Engineering, Data Integration, Data Lakes, Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehousing, Analytics, AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies including LLMs, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
- Hands-on exposure to BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Strong working knowledge of programming and data technologies including Python, SQL, Spark, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and business-value-focused Data & AI solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent opportunities in a fast-paced presales environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data & AI technologies with relevant experience in solution architecture and presales solutioning.
- Experience in customer-facing engagements, workshops, or proposal discussions will be an added advantage.
