Job description-Must have and good to have skills.

10+ years of working in the Fintech domain specifically in Lending and Finance space

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and SQL

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Familiarity with blockchain, AI, machine learning, and cybersecurity

Systems thinking to design scalable, reliable, and secure solutions

Experience with DevOps pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Critical thinking and creativity to address complex challenges.

Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies.

Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Designing scalable, secure, and high-performance fintech architectures.

Working with product managers and engineers to understand and translate business need.

Assessing and recommending appropriate technologies and frameworks.

Developing architectural blueprints and maintaining comprehensive documentation

Contributing to proposals and solutioning discussions

Guiding and mentoring development teams to ensure best practices

Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and security standards

Staying updated with the latest fintech trends and technologies
