We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and execute the strategy for our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) practice. This role involves partnering with senior enterprise leaders to identify high-impact business problems and design optimal, scalable data and analytics solutions. The role will also be responsible for shaping the overall strategy and direction of the CPG practice to drive sustained growth and market relevance.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, deep understanding of CPG business processes, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities (Client Leadership & Thought Leadership)
- Define and own the overall strategy, positioning, and solution portfolio for the CPG practice.
- Act as a thought leader for CPG analytics and AI, shaping MathCo's point of view on key industry trends and use cases.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior enterprise stakeholders to identify high-value business problems and position MathCo as a trusted partner.
- Drive solution conceptualization and problem framing for complex CPG business challenges, translating them into compelling value propositions.
- Own executive-level client engagements, pitches, workshops, and roadmap discussions.
Secondary Responsibilities (Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement)
- Partner with GTM teams to provide strategic inputs, market intelligence, and deal support for CPG growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with research, engineering, and delivery teams to design and refine analytics, AI, and data platform solutions.
- Own high-level solution roadmaps, effort estimation, and delivery alignment across stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence.
Skills Required
- Years of experience 9 years to 12 years
- Strong experience leading data and analytics initiatives in the CPG domain.
- Expertise in solution design across key CPG functions such as:
Sales & Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Marketing & Media Analytics (MMM, attribution, personalization)Supply Chain & OperationsTrade Promotion & PricingDemand Forecasting & Planning- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in global enterprises.
- Strong capability in building business cases and data-driven narratives.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, AI/ML, and analytics architectures.
