We at Verdantas, looking fora skilled Solutions Architect – Collaboration and UC to join our team.
This role will Contributes to end-to-end M&A migration activities of collaboration and unified communication systems — including discovery support, pilot readiness, migration wave execution, issue remediation, and post integration stabilization — while adhering to established enterprise security, governance, and operational standards. This role focuses on complex troubleshooting, precise policy and configuration hygiene, and high-quality documentation to ensure secure, stable, and supportable collaboration environments and unified communications during and after M&A integration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary execution and escalation support for collaboration and UC M&A activities during Senior Solution Architect coverage periods.
- Execute defined collaboration systems projects in support of M&A integrations, tenant coexistence, and consolidation efforts.
- Perform detailed technical troubleshooting across hybrid and cloud environments, including identity, access, messaging, and collaboration workloads
- Implement and validate policy, configuration, and permission changes with strong attention to governance and security standards
- Support discovery and readiness activities by collecting, validating, and analyzing technical data from source environments
- Assist with wave execution activities, cutover support, and post‑migration stabilization efforts
- Maintain precise policy, configuration, and access hygiene to reduce drift and operational risk
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, runbooks, validation checklists, and post‑migration reports
- Create and maintain PowerShell automation for reporting, remediation, validation, and operational support
- Partner with Senior Solutions Architects, Identity, and Messaging teams to execute approved designs and remediate issues
- Escalate risks, blockers, and architectural deviations with clear technical context and documented impact
Skills:
- Technical Proficiency: Information Architecture of multiple platforms including Microsoft, Google, etc. Unified communications porting. Permissions models, inheritance strategy, and access governance.
- Analytical: Root‑cause analysis across integrated systems. Validation of target‑state configurations. Risk identification related to misconfiguration or policy drift
- Communication: Clear technical documentation and operational handoffs. Structured incident and troubleshooting summaries. Effective collaboration with senior architects and cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑Solving & Detail: High attention to detail in configuration and policy enforcement. Strong troubleshooting discipline. Consistent documentation standards.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 4-6 years of experience designing enterprise collaboration platforms
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A, tenant-to-tenant migrations, or large-scale enterprise integrations
