Hiring: AI/ML Architect (GenAI | Azure) Gurgaon (WFO Mandatory)
We are looking for a high-impact AI Architect (712 yrs) to design and scale production-grade Generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. If you've taken GenAI/RAG systems from PoC to production, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Architect end-to-end GenAI systems (RAG pipelines, orchestration, APIs)
- Drive productionization with scalability, reliability & performance
- Build solutions using Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry
- Design retrieval systems (embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval)
- Implement LLMOps, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization
- Ensure enterprise-grade security & compliance
- Mentor teams & define engineering best practices
Mandatory Skills
- 712 years in Software Engineering / Solution Architecture
- Proven experience delivering GenAI/AI solutions to Production
- Strong RAG implementation experience (retrieval, grounding, evals)
- Hands-on with Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Key Vault, Networking)
- Expertise in Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry
- Strong coding in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) + Python
- Experience with Vector DB / Azure AI Search (vector/hybrid)
- Solid understanding of APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems
- Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps (versioning, monitoring, scaling)
- Relevant certification (Azure AI Engineer Associate AI-102)
Good to Have
- Advanced Azure AI Foundry (agents, evals, guardrails)
- Experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Redis
- Messaging systems (Service Bus / Kafka / Event Hubs)
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, PII handling, compliance
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS / high-scale systems
