Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs
• Develop and maintain detailed architectural diagrams and documentation
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements to existing systems

Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or .NET open-source projects
• 5-6 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions for web, mobile, and eCommerce systems
• Proven experience in creating end-to-end solution designs for at least five unique systems/projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges
• Proficiency in visualizing and documenting solution designs and architecture
• Full-stack development knowledge, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Java, C#, SQL, NoSQL) technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD and automated testing
• Should have good experience in providing solutions to support Pre-sales

Desirable

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
