Searce's process-first transformation practitioner & AI solutions builder — futurifying enterprise operations from the ground up.
We identify better ways of doing things.
Solver Absolutely. But not the usual kind.
We're searching for the architects of the audacious & the pioneers of the possible. If you're the type to dismantle assumptions, re-engineer best practices, and build solutions that make the future possible NOW, then you're speaking our language.
- Improver. Solver. Futurist.
- Great sense of humor.
- Possible. It is. Mindset.
- Compassionate collaborator. Bold experimenter. Tireless iterator.
- Natural creativity that doesn't just challenge the norm, but solves to design what's better.
- Thinks in systems. Solves at scale.
This Isn't for Everyone. But if you're the kind who questions why things are done a certain way—and then identifies 3 better ways to do it — we'd love to chat with you.
Your Mission: The Role
solving for better.
As a Senior Architect in Business Systems Engineering, you aren't here to implement AI. You are here to futurify how businesses actually work — from the inside out. You will hands-on diagnose, redesign, and deploy AI-powered process solutions, working alongside clients to deliver transformation that actually sticks.
This is a chance to stop experimenting and start solving. You sit at the convergence of AI Solution Building and Business Process Re-engineering. Your mission: deconstruct chaotic domain processes (in Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, 3PLs, Warehousing, Transportation and Manufacturing) and reconstruct them as intelligent, autonomous, production-hardened workflows.
This Seat is for You If...
- You are a Process-First Builder: You believe an AI model is worthless if it doesn't fundamentally improve the underlying business metric. You diagnose the process, then you build the fix.
- You are Hands-On by Nature: You don't just design solutions — you build them. You can go from process map to working prototype in the same week.
- You bridge Workshops and Working Code: You can run a process discovery session with a client's ops team in the morning and review an API integration with engineers in the afternoon.
- You Value Impact Over Hype: Solving a logistics bottleneck, a customs dispute, or a billing reconciliation failure matters more to you than any experimental POC.
- You are a Real Improver: You don't settle for done. Iteration is your personality. Under-promise, over-deliver — always.
Your Responsibilities
what you will wake up to solve.
1. Business Transformation Consulting
- Turn client operational chaos into clear, prioritized modernization roadmaps — as a trusted AI advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Run workshops and process mapping sessions that move decisions. Drive adoption, not just deployment.
2. AI-Powered Process Architecture & Build
- Diagnose and re-engineer complex processes using first-principles — then design AND build the AI solution around it.
- Integrate AI into enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, TMS, BPM) in production-hardened architectures, not decks.
3. The Agentic Shift
- Build Agentic AI systems where agents plan, reason, and execute inside real enterprise processes — procurement, reconciliation, triage, scheduling.
4. Delivery & Client Advocacy
- Own your workstreams end-to-end — scope, timelines, quality, client communication. Accountable, not just contributing.
- Bridge business and tech fluently, close the feedback loop, and enable client adoption post-deployment.
5. Collaborative Building & Growth
- Be the dot-connector in modernization squads — alongside architects, analysts, and engineers.
- Grow fast, own early, mentor when you can. Ship things. Build a reputation for it.
Functional Skills
1. Delivery Excellence & Client Impact
- Process & AI Solutioning: Operates at the intersection of business process re-engineering and AI solution design — diagnosing problems first, then building the intelligence around them.
- Client Engagement: Builds trusted working relationships with client stakeholders. Translates their operational pain into actionable technology solutions.
- Delivery Ownership: Owns workstream delivery — scope, quality, timelines, and client communication. Not just contributing, but accountable.
- Structured Problem-Solving: Breaks chaotic, cross-domain challenges into solvable chunks using first-principles thinking — then builds the AI solution around it.
- Feedback Loop Mastery: Gathers, synthesizes, and acts on end-user feedback to iteratively improve deployed solutions.
2. Technical Execution Charter
- Hands-On AI Building: Designs and builds production-grade AI solutions: LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent automation — with working code, not just diagrams.
- Cloud-Native Fluency: Functional knowledge of modern AI system design (RAG Frameworks, Agentic Workflows, Inference Optimization) across GCP and AWS.
- BPM & Enterprise Systems: Working knowledge of BPM methodologies (BPMN, value stream analysis, workflow automation) and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, TMS, Pega, Appian, ServiceNow).
- Integration & Configuration: Integrates, configures, and tests multiple enterprise systems — ensuring seamless interoperability and real-world performance.
- Quality & Governance: Adheres to technical quality standards: model validation, testing coverage, and ethical AI governance — non-negotiable in production.
Tech Superpowers
- Hands-On AI Solution Building: Strong practical expertise in building AI solutions: LLM integrations, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation. You ship things, not just design them.
- Process-to-Architecture Translation: Translates messy business process requirements into clean, deployable AI system designs — always grounded in what will actually work in production.
- Cloud-Native AI Fluency: Proficient in GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML) and/or AWS AI/ML ecosystems. You build and deploy AI solutions in the cloud, not just consume cloud services.
- Software & Engineering Foundation: Solid software engineering background — you've built real systems. Can review code, debug integrations, and validate technical decisions at the solution level.
- BPM Tooling & Low-Code Fluency: Hands-on experience with BPM platforms and Low-Code/No-Code tools (Power Platform or similar) for rapid process automation alongside AI integrations.
Experience & Relevance
- A hands-on AI solution builder & process transformation practitioner with 5–12 years of experience — spanning technology delivery, AI solution design, and business process re-engineering.
- Leadership Track Record: Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI and process modernization solutions — from discovery workshops to production deployment. Not just advisory; you've built things that run in production.
- Applied AI Experience: Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, intelligent automation, or LLM integrations in real client environments.
- BPM & Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge of process re-engineering methodologies and at least one process-heavy industry: Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, 3PLs, Warehousing, Transportation, or Manufacturing.
- Client-Facing Experience: Experience working directly with business stakeholders — running workshops, presenting solutions, and owning delivery outcomes in client-facing roles.
Bonus Points (you will thrive if you have)
- Founder's Energy: Bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, relentless focus on outcomes. You've built something from zero.
- Low-Code/No-Code Fluency: Experience with AI integrations via Power Platform or similar for rapid process automation.
- AI Copilots & Agentic Builders: Built plugins, copilots, or agentic automation frameworks — in production, not just POCs.
- Thought Leadership DNA: Industry content creation, technical blogs, conference talks, or public contributions to AI/BPM discourse.
- Ethical Compass: Strong commitment to responsible AI — governance, fairness, and transparency built into design from day one.
- Engineer at Heart: Background in product development or engineering before moving into consulting. That builder credibility shows.
- Domain Depth: Vertical expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing — process-heavy industries where transformation actually matters.
