Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Vault Platform

• Design the Vault CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycles, security model, and deployment approach

• Define integration architecture leveraging Vault APIs, Vault Connections, Veeva Network, and enterprise iPaaS

• Architect Veeva CRM-to-Vault CRM migration strategy: scope, sequencing, data mapping, parallel operations, cutover

• Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications

• Guide technical leads and developers on Vault design patterns; resolve technical escalations

• Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Veeva Vault best practices and platform limits

• Drive reusability — build accelerators, reference architectures, and Vault solution patterns for the practice

• Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations
