Job Title: Solution Architect (Data)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 12–18 years of experience in designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end enterprise solutions across application, data, integration, cloud, and reporting architectures.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS data platforms, Snowflake, data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/data processing, and analytics/reporting ecosystems. The candidate should be capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and should have strong experience working with clients, architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern end-to-end enterprise solution architectures covering application, data, integration, cloud, and reporting layers.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective technical solutions.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS cloud services, particularly AWS-based data platforms.
• Design data solutions using Amazon S3, Athena, ETL/data processing frameworks, and other AWS services.
• Define data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling, integration, and analytics strategies.
• Architect solutions leveraging Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing and analytics.
• Design scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Define appropriate integration patterns and APIs for connecting enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Work closely with engineering, data, cloud, security, and reporting teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Conduct and lead architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and technical governance sessions.
• Identify and manage technical risks, architectural dependencies, scalability challenges, and performance considerations.
• Establish architecture standards, principles, reusable patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide appropriate technical recommendations.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through implementation and deployment

Required Skills:

• 12–18 years of overall experience in software/data/cloud architecture.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale end-to-end solutions.
• Strong understanding of application, data, integration, cloud, and reporting architectures.
• Experience with architecture frameworks, design patterns, and technical governance.
• Strong ability to convert business requirements into high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Strong hands-on architecture experience with AWS cloud services.
• Excellent understanding of Amazon S3 and Athena.
• Experience with AWS-based data platforms and data processing architectures
• Strong experience in data architecture and data warehousing.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional and enterprise data models.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with APIs, application integration, data integration, and distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with senior management, clients, and technical teams.
