Voise Tech is a full-stack programmatic advertising platform offering SSP, DSP, Ad Server, and rich media solutions. As a Google MCM Partner and Authorised Buyer, we work with publishers and advertisers globally to scale programmatic revenue through reliable infrastructure and data-driven optimisation.

As we expand our engineering presence in India, we are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will drive high-impact technical integrations, design scalable ad delivery setups, and act as a strong bridge between product, operations, and business teams across web, app, and OTT environments.

What You'll Own

• Design and architect end-to-end programmatic solutions across SSP, DSP, Ad Server, and Prebid stacks
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration strategy for publishers and demand partners
• Act as a technical advisor during onboarding, custom implementations, and advanced monetisation setups
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, and Business teams to align solutions with platform capabilities
• Own solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and best-practice frameworks
• Identify performance, scalability, and revenue optimisation opportunities across integrations
• Support complex escalations and guide teams on root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
• Contribute to roadmap discussions by providing solution-level and customer-impact insights

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in AdTech Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Platform Engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with GAM, AdX, Prebid, Open Bidding, and programmatic workflows
• Strong understanding of SSP/DSP ecosystems, RTB mechanics, and publisher monetisation strategies
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, APIs, and ad tag/server-side integrations
• Experience designing solutions for web, app, and OTT/CTV environments
• Strong problem-solving and system-design mindset with attention to scale and performance
• Ability to clearly communicate technical architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
