Job Title: Solutioning Manager- Data & AI

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

Education: PGDM/ MBA from Tier 1 college

About the Role

StatusNeo is hiring for boardroom-ready leader who lives Data, AI, and agentic architectures. Own presales and solutioning: translate complex AI/ML and modern engineering into crisp business value, shape winning proposals, and run end-to-end presales—from discovery and solution design to final presentation. Strategy-led role (not delivery management) with direct CXO exposure.

Charter

• Build and lead the AI Solutioning & Presales engine—own pursuits, narratives, and reference architectures.

• Make AI-first real: trusted data foundations, RAG with provenance, multi-agent systems, LLMOps/MLOps, safety/governance, and ROI-anchored business cases.

• Own the Data charter for solutioning: data platforms, governance, quality, lineage, security/PII, MDM—designed for AI readiness and scale.

• Create repeatable assets (blueprints, demos, BoMs, pricing models, SOW templates) to lift win rate and velocity.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Leadership & Storytelling

• Partner with sales and leadership to run high-impact pursuits; craft boardroom-grade decks/demos that simplify complex tech.

• Engage CXOs on value, TCO/ROI, risk; steer solution trade-offs and commercial positioning.

• AI as a Horizontal

• Design and position AI across the stack:

• SDLC/Engineering: AI-assisted design, code, reviews, security, and telemetry.

• Testing/Quality: AI-augmented test design, synthetic data, coverage/eval harnesses.

• DevOps/DevSecOps: policy-as-code, cost/perf guardrails, release intelligence.

• Platforms & Apps: AI patterns for ServiceNow and Salesforce (assistants, copilots, automation).

• Lead discovery and reference architectures spanning Data Engineering, AI/ML, vector search & RAG, agent orchestration, observability, identity & policy.

Asset & IP Creation

• Build accelerators: architecture blueprints, demo scripts, evaluation frameworks, security/compliance checklists, AI Readiness playbooks.

• Drive thought leadership (POVs, whitepapers, webinars) and enablement (workshop kits, discovery questionnaires).

• Cross-Functional & Partnerships

• Align sales, delivery, product, and marketing; ensure feasibility with delivery leaders.

• Cultivate hyperscaler/ISV partnerships (AWS/GCP/Azure, Snowflake/Databricks, vector DBs, observability, ServiceNow, Salesforce).

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in IT services & consulting- leading Data/AI pursuits.

• Technical Foundation:

• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering & Governance, AI/ML platforms, LLMOps/MLOps, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks.

• Evaluation & safety (guardrails, red-teaming), identity & policy, FinOps/cost-to-serve.

• Breadth Across Disciplines: Working understanding of Digital engineering, DevSecOps, Testing/QA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce to position AI as the common layer across these domains.

• Commercial & Communication: Proven new-logo hunting and expansion mindset; exceptional storytelling and presentation (PowerPoint/Google Slides).

• Leadership DNA: Proactive, independent, inventive; mentors solution architects and demo engineers; thrives in fast, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Bonus: BFSI/Telecom/Travel/Retail depth; certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, Databricks/Snowflake); platform engineering/DevX familiarity.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months

• 6–8 reference architectures and 3–4 reusable demos for priority use-cases (agentic ops, AI-assisted testing, AI service desk, search & insights).

• A ready-to-run AI Readiness & ROI workshop and evaluation toolkit for CXO roadshows.

• A library of proposal/SOW templates, pricing models, and risk registers tailored to APAC markets.

• Observable lift in deal velocity and attach rate for AI components across pursuits.

Success Metrics

• GTM Impact:

• Hunting (Net-New): New logos added to pipeline, AI-led pursuits originated, conversion to proposal and to closure.

• Closures: Win-rate uplift on AI-first deals; cycle-time reduction from discovery to signed SOW.

• Farming (Existing): Expansion ARR in installed accounts via AI add-ons, cross-sell to ServiceNow/Salesforce/Testing/DevSecOps workstreams.

• Thought Leadership: Published POVs/whitepapers/webinars; CXO workshops; social and field enablement adoption.

• Operational: Reusable assets adopted; demo-to-proposal conversion; evaluation/guardrail checklists used in pursuits.
