Role Purpose:
As an IC in the Merchant Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving merchant engagement and key product performance across assigned merchant portfolios through consistent virtual engagement and relationship management
THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.
- Make outbound calls to drive revenue across West Region merchants. Manage and grow the existing portfolio of clients across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh from the Ahmedabad office while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Lead new initiative propagation by introducing and convincing business owners across the West Region to adopt new offerings, ensuring faster adoption and incremental revenue generation.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory. Candidate should be able to fluently converse, persuade, and build trust with merchants across the West Region. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Handle end-to-end virtual relationship management including need analysis, follow-ups, objection handling, and closures entirely over calls, ensuring high portfolio retention and cross-sell ratios.
- Coordinate with Region RMs for day-to-day business updates, merchant query handling, and data management.
Experience
- Experience in BNPL, Fintech and Digital.
- 3-5 Years of Experience.
Qualification
MBA in Marketing,
Masters (Engineering /
Commerce/Science), BE/Btech.
