Role Overview

The Solution Owner – Veeva Clinical will be responsible for application ownership, solution design, technical direction, governance, and optimization of Veeva Clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution design for Veeva Clinical.
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
• Lead governance and operational activities for Veeva Clinical.
• Lead and mentor engineers and configurators.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for key issues and decisions.
• Oversee integrations, data migrations, and continuous optimization.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to best practices.
• Gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery, application management, or IT services within a multinational organization.
• 3+ years as a Veeva Vault Architect OR 5+ years as a Veeva Functional/Configuration Specialist.
• Experience implementing or maintaining at least one of: eTMF, CTMS, SSU, or Payments.
• Strong solution design, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing global projects and working with diverse teams.
• Experience with ITIL/service management methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies is preferred.

Education & Certification

• Veeva Vault Platform Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Agile, ITIL, Prince2, or PMI certification is a plus.
