- Problem Management & Support
- Provide Level 3 support for Teamcenter, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring resolution aligned with service-level agreements.
- Teamcenter Development & Configuration
- Lead the configuration and development of Siemens Teamcenter and related PLM solutions including integrations with NX and other systems.
- DevOps and Continuous Improvement
- Adopt DevOps tools and agile methodologies to enhance service delivery and enable continuous service improvements across Teamcenter operations.
- Solution Upgrades & Enhancements
- Lead version upgrades of PDM/PLM solutions including Teamcenter, NX, and associated integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed of system changes, enhancements, and operational issues.
- Subject Matter Expertise & Framework Alignment
- Act as a subject matter expert for Teamcenter development and service operations by contributing to solutions within the defined frameworks and standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in developing and administering Siemens Teamcenter
- Strong background in Teamcenter Configuration, Customization, and Infrastructure
- Experience with Teamcenter Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) customization
- Proficient in integrations such as T4EA / T4S, REST API definitions
- Hands-on experience with BMIDE and ITK Toolkit
- Solid understanding of MS SQL Database environments
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and self-driven mindset
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel when required
