Job Description

  • Problem Management & Support
  • Provide Level 3 support for Teamcenter, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring resolution aligned with service-level agreements.
  • Teamcenter Development & Configuration
  • Lead the configuration and development of Siemens Teamcenter and related PLM solutions including integrations with NX and other systems.
  • DevOps and Continuous Improvement
  • Adopt DevOps tools and agile methodologies to enhance service delivery and enable continuous service improvements across Teamcenter operations.
  • Solution Upgrades & Enhancements
  • Lead version upgrades of PDM/PLM solutions including Teamcenter, NX, and associated integrations, ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, keeping them informed of system changes, enhancements, and operational issues.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Framework Alignment
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Teamcenter development and service operations by contributing to solutions within the defined frameworks and standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in developing and administering Siemens Teamcenter
  • Strong background in Teamcenter Configuration, Customization, and Infrastructure
  • Experience with Teamcenter Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) customization
  • Proficient in integrations such as T4EA / T4S, REST API definitions
  • Hands-on experience with BMIDE and ITK Toolkit
  • Solid understanding of MS SQL Database environments
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, and self-driven mindset
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel when required
