Job title: Solution Integrator
Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai / Pune

Grade: E1/ E2

The Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Integrator to lead solution design and integration for large, complex, multitower outsourcing and transformation deals. You will build compelling solution narratives, drive crosstower alignment, and partner closely with sales and delivery leaders to create winning proposals.

This role demands deep solutioning experience, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to craft a powerful storyline that resonates with Csuite stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend solution strategy for large multitower deals (Applications, Infrastructure, Cloud, BPM)
  • Develop deal storylines, win themes, value propositions, and transformation narratives for pursuits
  • Own presales activities including RFP/RFI responses, cost models, pricing, and competitive differentiation
  • Integrate solution components across global delivery teams ensuring coherence, feasibility, and commercial viability
  • Present and defend solutions to Clevel executives with clarity, confidence, and strong business articulation
  • Shape operating models, SLAs, governance frameworks, transition plans, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with sales, bid management, SMEs, architects, finance, and legal teams during deal lifecycle
  • Drive innovation through modernization, automation, cloud adoption, and transformation initiatives

Ideal Candidate

He/She/They will have 15+ years in IT services with strong exposure to Applications (ERP, non-ERP), Infra, Cloud, Data and Business Services

  • Minimum 5+ years in active solution integration for large complex deals
  • Proven experience in outsourcing presales, large RFP leadership, and multi-country solutioning
  • Good Understanding for Enterprise Architecture
  • Strong understanding of AD/AM estimation, pricing models, TCO analysis, and commercial structures
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CXOs.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and financial modelling skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional pursuits under tight timelines
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, Scaled Agile, ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 are an advantage
