Key Responsibilities:
- Role Infrastructure Architect
- Possess strong in depth knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including network compute storage virtualization cloud and hybrid environments
- Define and govern end to end infrastructure architecture aligned with operational stability scalability security and performance requirements
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to customers and internal IT Operations teams
- Translate business requirements into sustainable and cost effective infrastructure solutions
- Develop and present a future ready infrastructure roadmap covering modernization cloud adoption automation and technology transformation initiatives
- Ensure infrastructure architectures adhere to industry best practices security standards and compliance requirements
- Act as a design authority for infrastructure changes enhancements and major transformation programs
- Support complex troubleshooting and act as a technical escalation point for high impact operational issues
- Drive standardization optimization and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape
- Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to improve resilience availability and operational efficiency
- Provide guidance on DR high availability capacity planning and performance management strategies
