About The Team
The Generative AI team collaborates closely with clients to understand their unique needs and to customize AI solutions that enhance their operational efficiency and product offerings. Our team of solution architects and consultants is at the forefront of AI technology, advising clients on best practices and innovative approaches to integrate AI seamlessly into their workflows.
About The Role
Solution Engineer will oversee a range of projects for key clients in designated geographical regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC. They will be working with our customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to design solutions, execute POCs, and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the project management team in designing & implementing technical solutions for multiple projects and ensuring their efficacy and smooth data integration for various projects.
- Identify and provide timely workarounds and solutions when possible for incoming technical issues in project execution.
- Articulating features and differentiating solutions offerings to audiences ranging from project managers to end clients.
- Assist in developing analytics dashboards for customers and the fulfillment team (Product Management & Supply Team), and write SQL queries.
- Documenting the technical solutions in precise detail so they can be reproducible in the future.
- Interacting with the clients to understand and help them in the data integration process, if needed.
- Driving operational efficiency by writing scripts & APIs (Python, JS) to automate day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Problem-solving skills coupled with a sense of ownership and drive
- 02 year to 04 year of professional experience in writing scripts & automation in Python and JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Computer Science is preferred.
- Expert in writing SQL.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A never-ending desire to grow and learn.
- You understand programming logic and software well.
- You are inherently curious and believe any process can be improved upon and actively work on it.
- Prior knowledge of computer vision and machine learning algorithms is preferred.
