Job Title: Solution Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Solution Engineer who can work closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, design technical solutions, and support successful deployments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales teams during the pre-sales process.
• Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
• Design and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Assist customers with API integrations and implementation planning.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to address customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and deployments.
• Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
• Support onboarding and adoption of the platform.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product teams.
• Good understanding of Python programming language.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing customer discussions and stakeholder relationships.
