We are expanding our technical teams in India and are looking for an Integration Engineer who thrives on building scalable, customer-focused integrations across modern SaaS ecosystems.

Work Timings - 4:30 PM IST to 1:30 AM IST (EST Hours)

As an Integration Engineer, you will own the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of API-based integrations between BrightEdge and third-party enterprise applications. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Platform Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to solve real-world customer problems—balancing scalability, reliability, maintainability, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building integrations end-to-end, troubleshooting complex data workflows, and collaborating across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google APIs, Adobe Experience Cloud, CMS/DAM platforms, and more
• Architect integration flows using REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, event-driven patterns, webhooks, and ETL pipelines
• Write reliable, secure, and well-documented code using best practices and standards
• Debug and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and API exceptions in production environments
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to scale integrations for thousands of enterprise users
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and architectural decisions
• Develop internal tools, automation scripts, and monitoring systems to improve integration reliability
• Work with Customer Success teams to understand use cases, provide technical expertise, and support integration rollouts

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience building SaaS integrations or backend services

Required Skills

• Strong experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON, webhooks, and API lifecycle management
• Strong programming skills in Python / Node.js / Java (any one required)
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and systems thinking mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience building integrations for Martech, AdTech, CRM, CMS, or analytics ecosystems
• Experience with GraphQL
• Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), ETL tools, or iPaaS platforms (Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, Tray.io, Boomi)
