Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Enablement Senior Manager to design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong expertise in HR transformation, solution architecture, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping HR service delivery models and supporting business growth through RFP/RFI responses and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end HR solutions across multiple domains
- Act as a Solution Architect for HR Shared Services, ensuring scalable and efficient service models
- Lead solutioning for RFPs and RFIs, including proposal development and client presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective HR solutions
- Drive transformation initiatives across Talent Acquisition, Employee Data Management (EDM), Employee Services, and Payroll
- Develop compelling solution narratives and storytelling for client engagements
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and operational excellence
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field
- 13+ years of relevant experience in HR solutioning / HR transformation roles
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect or HR Solution Architect
- Hands-on experience in:
- HR Shared Services
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Services / Employee Data Management (EDM)
- Payroll
- Proven experience in RFP & RFI response creation and solution design
- Strong understanding of designing and delivering HR operating models and solutions
