Role: The Solution Director – Siemens Smart Manufacturing
Required Technical Skill Set: Siemens ecosystem (Opcenter, Mendix, Insights Hub), GTM leadership, large deal pursuits, and MES/MOM programs

Must-Have
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution with Siemens, including pipeline creation, deal shaping, and revenue realization
- Drive joint account pursuits and expand footprint in strategic clients across Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharma, MedTech, CPG, and Energy
- Lead solutioning across MES (Opcenter), Industrial IoT (Insights Hub), IT/OT integration, Digital Twin, and AI-led manufacturing use cases
- Build differentiated, industry-specific value propositions aligned to ISA-95 and IT-OT convergence
- Interface with Siemens stakeholders to drive co-sell, co-innovation, and joint investments
- Work with CoEs to establish scalable solution playbooks, accelerators, and reference architectures
- Represent the organization in executive forums, client engagements, and industry events to build thought leadership
Good-to-Have
- 15+ years in manufacturing, digital transformation, or industrial technology
- Strong experience in Siemens ecosystem (Opcenter, Mendix, Insights Hub, etc.)
- Proven track record in GTM leadership, large deal pursuits, and MES/MOM programs
- Deep expertise in manufacturing domain, IT-OT integration, and enterprise solution architecture
