Job Description
- 10+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as an Appian Architect
- Build and support applications using Appian
- Create architectural designs for lightly coupled suites of applications to individual features
- End-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of Appian applications
- Create data model designs, SQL Queries, and/or Stored Procedures
- Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates
- Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories
- Build and share reusable components .
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements B Work on enhancement, and change requests from LOB
- Collaborate and Mentor the junior resources to achieve the task
- Able to work on the task independently
- Adhere / Conduct / Participate in a standard agile process
- Willing to provide support after office hours if needed
- Follow the release management code deployment process to migrate the code changes
Required Knowledge
- Engineering degree / Degree in IT/Computer Applications
- Very Good knowledge of Software Development
- Extensive knowledge in Agile methodologies and Management tools like QC and JIRA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work exposure in Agile projects. Good understanding of Agile ceremonies including tools like JIRA
- Strong Communication Skills and capability to deal with business Global counterparts independently
- Attitude to learn new technologies and working on new projects
- Flexible to handle ad-hoc requests / agile projects.
