What would you do
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience; minimum 2 years of solution consulting experience of enterprise-wide software solutions, integrations, cloud, data management, solution design, etc.
- Support BUSINESSNEXT product sales as a techno-functional and domain expert.
- Prepare and deliver bespoke technical and product demonstrations at client meetings using storylines that resonate with the target audience.
- Deliver product messaging through product demonstrations and articulate value proposition through whiteboard and slide presentations, proof of concept management, and RFP response documents.
- Responsible for the creation of Storyboards and Pitch Decks for Product/Solution Demonstrations.
- Participate in workshops to determine customers business challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
- Support the lead solution engineer for RFP management - Gathering market competition and customer information for the US market, Responding to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, and Proposal preparation.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and sales teams based in the US to support business development efforts.
- Understand and configure our out-of-the-box CRM solution offerings tailored for US banks and credit unions.
- Keep demo instances ready with current and upcoming features aligned with the US market strategy.
- New requirements to the product team about product enhancements that address customer needs and drive additional business value.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technology experience and keeps herself/himself updated with the latest technology trends
- 2+ years of experience in creating product demonstration and solutions experience to apply business use cases in the BFSI domain for CRM software industry/banking applications.
- Proficiency in any CRM platform such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar or BFSI business application. Technical expertise in SAAS or enterprise software solutions will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of the US banking sector/ US Fintech landscape is a significant advantage
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a flexible mindset and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Product and Solution Consulting for prospects/existing customers in the BFSI domain
- RFP management Excellent documentation skills to respond to RFPs/ RFIs, Functional/Technical compliances, Solution Preparation, Proposal preparation, as per the timelines of customer.
- Experience in Project Delivery of at least 1 CRM across Sales, Service, Marketing modules will be an added advantage.
- Business value creation & ROI.
- Solution presentation including Presales activity as well as basic product demo, check on the Solution viability.
- Worked as a liaison among business stakeholders to understand business problems and opportunities in the context of requirements and recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goal.
- Utilize sales acumen and keen understanding of client needs to actively connect with potential/ existing clientele.
- Craft engaging conversations that convey the essence of our products, highlighting their benefits, unique advantages, and the compelling journey behind their creation.
- Skilfully manoeuvre through customer engagements, remain agile to cater to customer requirements to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Pitch our products and passionately articulate the value proposition of our products, demonstrate tech enthusiasm that resonates with potential customers, and foster lasting relationships.
- Use technical acumen to understand our offerings deeply, facilitating meaningful conversations with customers to highlight our USP.

Academic Qualification:
