Job Description:Senior Engineer Technical Support
Location: Mumbai / Bangaluru / Gurgaon
Department: Customer Engineering
Reporting To: Director Customer Engineering
Responsibilities
Leading Customer Demonstration and POC end to end.
Demonstrating, installing, troubleshooting, Video management system, VA and other related software applications
Gather and document Customer demo and POC requirements
Working closely with Engineering and Software development teams to prepare for Demo and POC deliverables
Visting Customer site for readiness assessment.
Coordinating with Customer and internal teams to ensure POC site and system readiness.
Working closely with the Engineering and Software development teams to Support the roll-out of new applications, testing and evaluating new technologies
Qualifications:
Good understanding of Servers, storage devices, network communication basics
Hand-on experience in installing and troubleshooting software applications on Linux and Windows OS
Hand-on experience in handling IP cameras, Network switches
Hand-on experience in customer interaction and generating RCA report
Very good interpersonal and communication skill (both written and verbal)
Good to have:
Hand-on experience of installing and maintaining Video management system and/or ICCC applications
Hands-on experience in deploying dockerised software applications
Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
