Role Summary
We're looking for a high-energy, go-getter Solution Consultant who can translate complex business problems in BFSI domain (Banking, Insurance, Lending, or Capital Markets) into clear, compelling solution stories.
You'll own client discovery sessions, craft board-ready PowerPoint decks that articulate compelling value, and drive partner and customer calls from first hello to final sign-off, ultimately accelerating deal cycles and fostering strong relationships.
What Will You Do:
- Client & Partner Discovery: Run structured workshops that surface real pain points and success metrics within the FSI domain.
- Solution Design & Positioning: Map requirements to our offerings, build value cases, and tailor demos that resonate with each stakeholder tier.
- Storytelling in PowerPoint: Turn data and ideas into visual narratives that executives rememberclear flow, crisp visuals, zero typos.
- Call & Meeting Leadership: Own the agenda, steer discussion, assign actions, and circulate minutes and leads, driving these calls to clear and productive outcomes. or ...driving these calls to successful resolution.
- Consultative Sales Support: Guide opportunities from qualification through proposal, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Delivery, and Sales; keep everyone on the same page and on deadline.
- Market Intelligence: Track FSI regulations, tech trends (cloud, AI, analytics), and feed insights into solution road-maps.
Must Have Skills / Qualifications:
- 25 years in consulting, or advisory roles within Banking, Insurance, Lending, or Capital Markets. MUST be having BFSI consulting background
- Demonstrated consulting mindset: hypothesis-driven, analytical, comfortable challenging the status quo
- Executive-grade PowerPoint skillsstoryboarding, data visualization, and clean design
- Fluent presenter and writer; able to influence C-level and technical audiences alike
- Proven record of leading partner/client calls end-to-end (agenda, facilitation, follow-through)
- Bachelor's in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA or industry certifications a plus)
Nice to Have Skills
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in Data and Analytics portfolio.
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics (incl. Gen AI) and how they transform FSI processes
- Prior ownership of RFP/RFI responses or large-scale solution architecture
