Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
Stay informed about ongoing projects, identify technology and engineering best practices, and share them across engagements to drive cross-project improvements.Front end technology and engineering related discussions with customer on initiatives that can help drive innovation, productivity and engineering excellence. Guide the team in implementing such initiativesServe as a liaison between Delivery and Practice teams to identify relevant solutions and accelerators for current projects. Lead POC initiatives and demonstrate their benefits.
Collaborate with engagement teams to help define technical architecture, provide estimations, and outline the roadmap for proactive proposalsCollaborate with Consulting group and Account Team in identifying industry use cases where Agentic AI solutions can be developedEstablish architectural governance frameworks for compliance and risk mitigation.15+ years in software development and architecture roles.Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.Java stack (Angular/React, Spring Boot, REST APIs), Python Strong experience in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).Exposure to AI/Agentic AI solutionsHands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automated testing frameworks.Exposure working on legal, compliance, and security 3rd party systems integration would be an added advantageProblem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
