Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design of enterprise software solutions, emphasizing business value.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems using Esko products.
Conduct workshops, analyze business processes, and optimize solutions.
Monitor solution outcomes and evaluate effectiveness on business operations.
Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and issues; communicate with stakeholders.
Maintain solution quality and consistency following SILC standards and best practices.
Stay updated on product releases and contribute to process and product improvements.
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior solution architects and development teams.
Ensure QA and QMS compliance by following SOPs, UX guidelines, and global deployment processes.
