Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of enterprise software solutions, emphasizing business value.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems using Esko products.
- Conduct workshops, analyze business processes, and optimize solutions.
- Monitor solution outcomes and evaluate effectiveness on business operations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and issues; communicate with stakeholders.
- Maintain solution quality and consistency following SILC standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on product releases and contribute to process and product improvements.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior solution architects and development teams.
- Ensure QA and QMS compliance by following SOPs, UX guidelines, and global deployment processes.
