Job Title: Solution Architect u2013 Conga CLM (Techno-Functional)
Role Summary
Philips is seeking a Conga CLM Techno-Functional Architect to drive Contract Lifecycle Management transformation within the enterprise Q2C landscape. This role will bridge business and technology, delivering scalable, compliant, and high-performing CLM solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Conga CLM (authoring, negotiation, approvals, execution, renewals).
- Translate business requirements into scalable CLM solutions, functional designs, and technical architecture.
- Configure contract templates, clause libraries, workflows, and document generation.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Architect integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and external systems using APIs/middleware.
- Collaborate with Agile teams on backlog, user stories, and delivery execution.
- Drive quality through test strategy, automation, and release governance.
- Partner with DevOps for CI/CD, deployments, and production stability.
- Manage technical risks, performance optimization, and continuous improvements.
- Mentor teams and maintain architecture documentation and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Conga CLM implementation and architecture.
- Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
- Experience with Salesforce (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Data Model).
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and enterprise data architecture.
- Understanding of contract compliance, legal workflows, and approvals.
- Experience with CI/CD, testing strategies, and release management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Conga CLM / Salesforce certifications
- Experience in enterprise CLM or Q2C transformation programs
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
