Main responsibilities
- Architectural Orchestration: Design the system-of-systems architecture for O&M solutions, ensuring modules like Digital Twins, APM, and Predictive Maintenance integrate with historians and ERP systems
- Framework Governance: Apply TOGAF and other principles to define and govern the Business, Data, and Application architectures, ensuring a standardized and scalable roadmap for the client.
- Vendor Ecosystem Management: Act as the technical lead for software vendors, evaluating roadmaps, performing gap analyses, and negotiating integration points to meet specific customer needs.
- Customer Value Translation: Facilitate workshops with customers to map workflows into digital functional requirements.
- Lead System Integration: Define the data orchestration strategy for diverse modules.
- Design Authority: Create and defend High-Level Design (HLD) documents and Interface Control Documents (ICD) that satisfy both IT security and OT reliability.
- Pre-Sales & Technical Scoping: Support the development of technical proposals, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and detailed Scopes of Work (SoW) for complex O&M digital tenders
- Delivery participation: Participate and coordinate with various technical leads, project management, other departments for successful end-to-end delivery of the project.
Required profile and experience
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or Chemical Engineering with coding experience.
- Experience: 3–4 years in industrial software, with some years as a Solution Architect
- Integrator Background: Proven experience of working in management of the triangle: Vendor Software + Custom Integration + Customer Requirements
- Solution Breadth: Direct experience architecting solutions across the O&M spectrum (e.g., Asset Integrity, PSM, DIGITAL TWIN, HSE Management, or Sustainability)
- Certifications: TOGAF certification and familiarity with ISA-95 standards are highly preferred.
