As our Solution Architect, you will be the heart of our technical vision. Your mission is to listen deeply to our business partners and translate their goals into clear, reliable technical blueprints. You will not just design systems; you will guide our developers, mentor our teams and SI teams, and ensure that every solution we build is a step toward a more innovative and connected future.Solution Architect will be a pivotal figure within our Digital & IT team. While maintaining a strong technical understanding, the role's primary focus will be on leading a group of skilled IT Engineers and driving technical solutions within E&T teams, particularly within Agile methodologies. Leadership will be key in fostering innovation, mentoring the team and ensuring the efficient delivery and operational stability of AL's critical applications in a dynamic and evolving IT environment.

Collaborative Design: Partner with business experts to understand their needs and create technical solutions that are both elegant and practical.

Architecture Validation: Present your designs to the Group Technical Architecture team, ensuring they align with our shared standards of excellence.

Supportive Guidance: Act as a North Star for our software developers, providing them with technical advice and helping them solve complex problems during the building phase.

Future Planning: Help us look ahead by creating technology roadmaps that explore new possibilities, including how we can thoughtfully adopt AI.

Quality & Care: Keep a supportive eye on the delivery process to ensure our final products truly help the people who use them.

Domain Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred for domain context).

Work Experience - IT Architecture, IT Development :13 -15 y

Product/service development experience: 13 -15 y

Strong understanding of the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry lifecycle.
